Our venue is an aesthetically progressive and functionally diverse renovated warehouse space in the heart of Old Strathcona.

It is a black box space that can be adapted to serve almost any small to medium sized theatre or dance production as well as music, film and installation events. The venue has a sprung floor throughout the playing area.

For rentals of less than one week or rates for organizations that would not be considered non-profit we will provide a quote once your needs have been discussed with our Facility Manager. Please note that weekly rates are an estimation, and costs will vary depending on each individual rental.
